經過1/4決賽的較量，南京隊、泰州隊、南通隊和無錫隊晉級蘇超4強。10月18日周六19:35，南京隊vs泰州隊比賽在南京奧體中心體育場進行，10月19日周日19:35，南通隊vs無錫隊比賽在南通體育會展中心體育場進行，決賽則將于11月1日周六19:35在南京奧體中心體育場進行。
